E2E Digitech is looking for proactive Business Development Executives/Managers to join our fast-growing team. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in cold calling, direct client meetings, and lead generation. You will play a key role in driving new business opportunities and building strong client relationships, all while contributing to the company's growth and success.


đź›  Key Responsibilities:


Generate new business by identifying potential clients, conducting cold meetings, and leveraging networking and referrals.


Manage client relationships from initial contact through post-sales to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.


Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions and proposals for clients.


Follow up on leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate sales records in CRM.


Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.


Represent the company in client-facing presentations and discussions, ensuring high levels of professionalism.


Assist in market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the digital marketing industry.


âś… Required Skills:


Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing, particularly with cold calling and direct client meetings.


Strong communication and negotiation skills.


Ability to generate leads, close deals, and work toward achieving sales targets.


Confident in client presentations and business discussions.


Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.


Proficiency in Hindi/Punjabi/English is preferred.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.


Previous experience in a team environment or sales role is a plus.
