Job Opportunity: Business Development Executive (Female Only)

Business Unit: Solar Rooftop / Transformers

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Sales Team in achieving business unit objectives.

- Research and identify potential leads through online B2B platforms, offline databases, and cold calling.

- Follow up on leads for business closure via calls and record all data in CRM-ERP software.

- Schedule client meetings for sales representatives.

- Represent the company at industrial exhibitions and trade fairs.

- Handle tele-calling activities effectively.

Candidate Must-Have:

- Professional degree from a reputed institute (Post-Graduation preferred).

- Strong command of English language.

- Own mode of commute to the office at Tibba.

- Smart personality, confidence, and excellent communication skills.

- Analytical thinking and career-focused mindset.

Desirable Traits:

- Working knowledge of MS Excel.

- Strong leadership skills and independent thinking.

- Effective planning and organizing abilities.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
