Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development & Operations Manager to lead our sales, marketing, and production teams. This individual will be responsible for growing business opportunities, handling client relationships, supervising factory production, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and manufacturing units.

This is a senior role for someone who can take ownership of end-to-end business operations and directly support the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Sales

• Identify new business opportunities in hospitality, furniture, and export markets.

• Drive B2B & B2C sales growth with distributors, dealers, architects, and direct clients.

• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Marketing & Brand Growth

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital + offline).

• Coordinate exhibitions, events, and showroom promotions.

• Build strong brand visibility on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Amazon, and trade fairs.

• Production & Operations Management

• Oversee factory production to ensure timely delivery and quality control.

• Coordinate between sales orders and manufacturing schedules.

• Optimize production processes for cost-efficiency and smooth operations.

• Team Handling & Leadership

• Lead and mentor the sales & marketing team.

• Manage workers in factory production.

• Set goals, track performance, and ensure accountability across departments.
