✅ Eligibility Criteria

* Gender: Male / Female

* Age Limit: Max 35 years

* Qualification: Graduate in any stream

* Experience: Minimum 6 Months in Sales (any sector – insurance, telecom, retail, finance, banking, etc.)

Prefer - Banking and Insurance

* Language: Local Language + Basic English communication

💼 Job Responsibilities

* Recruit and manage a team of life insurance advisors

* Train them on companies products and sales processes

* Assist advisors in lead generation & conversions

* Ensure monthly targets are achieved

* Guide customers with correct insurance solutions based on their needs

Follow sales compliance and reporting norms

💰 Salary & Benefits

* CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA and Depends on Last CTC

* In-Hand Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30000 (based on experience & performance)
