Call Center Executive

Urgent required male candidates only .

Key Responsibilities:

 Answer incoming calls from truck drivers and other stakeholders related to ELD usage, technical issues, and general support.

 Provide accurate, prompt, and courteous assistance using internal tools and resources.

 Create and update support tickets in our CRM system.

 Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently and escalate when needed.

 Perform other back-office support tasks as assigned by supervisors.

 Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude at all times. 

Required Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree or higher (Graduate/Post-Graduate preferred).

 Strong communication skills in English, Punjabi and Hindi (spoken and written).

 Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

 Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems

Salary: Rs.15,500/- per month

Training Period: 17 Days with Stipend of Rs.5000/-

Language: Hindi, Punjabi, English
