- Collection Field Executive – QualificationMinimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
- Basic knowledge of collections / recovery process
- Ability to communicate clearly in local language (Hindi/Regional language; English basic)
- Must be comfortable with field work & daily targets
- Basic knowledge of smartphone usage, apps, GPS, and calls
- Ability to maintain records and daily reports
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel within assigned area
- Physically fit for extensive field work
