Computer Operator

We are looking for a Computer Operator & Typist to manage daily shop operations at Walia’s Print World & Stationery. The candidate will be responsible for handling typing work, printing, photocopying, online form filling, and assisting with stationery sales.

Responsibilities:

• Perform English typing, data entry, and basic documentation work
• Work on MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for customer requirements
• Handle printing, photocopying, scanning, and binding tasks
• Assist customers with online form filling (admissions, government jobs, etc.)
• Maintain shop cleanliness and manage stationery sales
• Provide customer support and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of computers and internet usage
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Good typing skills (English / Punjabi preferred)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and provide good customer service
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred)
• Prior experience in a cyber café / computer operator role will be an added advantage
