Job Description:Institute of Professional Banking is hiring a Counsellor Cum Telecaller to handle student inquiries, outbound/inbound calls, and counselling for professional banking courses. The role involves lead handling, student coordination, and basic administrative support.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound and attend inbound telecalling for student enquiries
• Counsel students regarding courses, fees, and career opportunities
• Handle and follow up on leads provided by the institute
• Maintain student data and follow-ups in Excel sheets
• Respond to student queries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Assist in social media handling and lead generation support
• Required Skills:Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, MS Word)
• Ability to handle student queries professionally
• Comfortable with target-based calling
• Additional Information:Work from Office only
• Training will be provided
• Incentive-based performance structure
