Delegant Salon & Academy is looking for a confident and proactive Counsellor & Social Media Executive to handle enquiries, guide students about courses, and manage basic social media coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle walk-in and phone enquiries
• Explain courses and services to students and clients
• Admission counselling and regular follow-ups
• Respond to Instagram and Facebook DMs and comments
• Maintain leads and records (Excel / WhatsApp)
• Daily reporting and coordination with management
Skills Required:
• Good communication skills (Hindi and basic English)
• Pleasant personality with convincing ability
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
• Experience in salon / academy / service industry preferred
• Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills
