📌 Customer Executive – Job Responsibilities🎯 Role PurposeTo manage customer communication, workshop and online programme coordination, and ensure smooth operational support for the organization.

• 🧾 Key ResponsibilitiesHandle calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media inquiries professionally.
• Provide complete information about workshops, retreats, online programmes, and special events.
• Manage registrations, follow-ups, payment tracking, and confirmations.
• Coordinate with team for offline workshops and online sessions (Zoom, webinars, etc.).
• Be available for flexible timings when handling international participants (as per programme schedule).
• Maintain CRM/Excel data, daily reports, and customer records.
• Assist in office administration tasks and support management in day-to-day operations.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction.
