Job Description

  • Interact with walk-in and inbound customers to understand and resolve queries, issues, or service requests.
  • Promote and cross-sell company products/services based on customer needs.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
