Customer Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM/FMS system
• Coordinate with sales, production, and dispatch teams for order status
• Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders and feedback
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely closure
• Share order updates, delivery timelines, and payment follow-ups
• Prepare daily/weekly customer interaction and follow-up reports
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Female candidate preferred
• Graduate (Any stream)
• 1–3 years of experience in CRM / Customer Support / Sales Coordination
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English; Punjabi preferred)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM software
• Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly approach
• Ability to handle pressure and multitasking
• Working Hours 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Lunch Break: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
