Customer Service Executive

Handle customer queries and complaints regarding products, orders, payments, and returns

Assist with product information, order tracking, refunds, exchanges, and recommendations.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for improvement and reporting

Coordinate with multiple internal departments (sales, logistics, marketing) to resolve customer needs

Follow up with customers on unresolved issues or delayed orders and deliveries

Contribute to team performance metrics and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experiences
