Customer Service Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive who will handle customer queries and process cases related to Loans, Insurance, and Mutual Fund investments. The candidate will assist clients in completing documentation and starting SIPs for mutual funds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries related to Loan, Insurance, and Mutual Fund services.
• Process loan applications and required documentation.
• Assist customers in starting Mutual Fund SIPs.
• Provide accurate information about financial products.
• Maintain proper records of client data and applications.
• Follow up with customers for pending documents or approvals.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Loans, Insurance, or Mutual Funds (preferred).
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Email).
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally
