Data Entry Operator

e are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Computer Operator to manage crucial data entry and operational tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher from an engineering background who possesses strong foundational computer skills and a quick learning aptitude. While we will provide comprehensive training on our proprietary accounting software, the successful candidate must already demonstrate high proficiency in general computer operations and excellent knowledge of Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities

 * Data Entry and Processing: Execute accurate and timely data entry and transactional processing using our internal accounting software (full training will be provided upon joining).

 * Google Sheets Mastery: Develop, manage, and maintain complex tracking sheets, reports, and data analyses primarily using Google Sheets.

 * System Operation: Operate and monitor computer systems and peripherals, ensuring all data operations run smoothly and efficiently.

 * Data Integrity: Verify and cross-check data for errors or inconsistencies, ensuring the highest level of data accuracy and integrity.

 * Reporting: Generate routine and ad-hoc reports from the accounting system and Google Sheets as required by management.

 * Basic Troubleshooting: Handle basic operational issues and escalate complex technical problems to the IT support team.

Required Qualifications and Skills

 * Education: Fresh graduate from an Engineering discipline (e.g., B.E., B.Tech, etc.) is highly preferred.

 * Computer Proficiency: Demonstrated high level of comfort and efficiency in general computer operation (file management, system navigation, speed, and accuracy).

 * Google Sheets Expertise: Excellent practical knowledge of Google Sheets is mandatory, including proficiency with advanced formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, QUERY), pivot tables, and data validation.

 * Learning Aptitude: A strong willingness and ability to quickly learn and master new specialized software, specifically our accounting platform.

 * Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to work, focusing on error-free data entry and processing.
