Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist (Digital Marketer)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving measurable results such as leads, conversions, and revenue growth through strategic campaign management and continuous performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
• Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking
• A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve campaign performance
• Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and minimize waste
• Track and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad platform dashboards
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
• Implement conversion tracking, pixels, and event tracking across platforms
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in performance or digital marketing
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and funnel optimization
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and reporting skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with programmatic advertising platforms
• Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) techniques
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
• Basic understanding of HTML, landing page builders, or UX principles
