Job Description
- Plan, organize, and monitor dispatch activities to ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with production and packing teams to prepare goods for shipment.
- Maintain dispatch records, invoices, challans, and transport documentation.
- Liaise with transporters, courier partners, and clients for delivery schedules.
- Track and update the status of dispatched goods until delivery completion.
- Ensure accurate labeling, packaging, and quantity checks before dispatch.
- Handle any dispatch-related issues or delays promptly.
- Maintain inventory movement and daily dispatch reports.
