Dispatch Executive / Officer

Job description:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatch & Warehouse Executive to manage dispatch planning, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, accurate inventory management, and smooth coordination with transporters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute dispatch of materials as per schedule and priority
• Prepare and manage dispatch schedules to ensure timely deliveries
• Supervise daily warehouse operations to maintain efficiency and organization
• Verify orders before dispatch to ensure accurate delivery to customers
• Maintain and monitor inventory stock levels
• Ensure proper record-keeping of inward and outward materials
• Coordinate and arrange transportation and logistics for shipments
• Handle negotiation with transporters for cost-effective and timely services
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards in warehouse operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred)
• 3–4 years of experience in warehouse/dispatch/logistics operations
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and dispatch processes
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / tally Prime

Timings : 09 to 6pm.
