Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Dispatcher to support daily transport and container dispatch work for New Zealand operations. The role includes coordinating with drivers, tracking containers, and updating job information under the guidance of senior staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign pickup and delivery jobs to drivers
• Track container movements and job status
• Coordinate with drivers via phone and WhatsApp
• Update container numbers, job details, and timings
• Send basic emails for pickup, delivery, and job completion
• Follow instructions from senior dispatchers and supervisors
• Skills RequiredBasic knowledge of logistics or transport (training will be provided)
• Good English communication (email and phone)
• Basic computer skills (email, Excel)
• Willingness to work in New Zealand time zones
• Preferred (Not Mandatory)Any experience in dispatch or logistics
• Understanding of container numbers and truck movements
• Working HoursAs per New Zealand working hours (night shift in India)
