E-Commerce Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage and streamline our order processing, customer interactions, and logistics across multiple e-commerce platforms including Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Amala Earth, and Kindlife. This role will involve updating influencer sheets, confirming COD orders, handling offline dispatches, following up on payments, managing Google Sheets, and overseeing NDR instructions. Primary Tasks & Activities:

1. Order Processing

•  Multi-Platform Management: Use an integrated order management system to efficiently handle orders from Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Amala Earth, and Kind Life.

2. Data Management

• Sheets Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain Google Sheets for influencers, Amala Earth, and Kind Life.
• 3. Customer Interaction
•  COD Confirmation: Call customers to confirm COD orders.
•  Returns Handling: Log and process entries for returned orders for all brands.

4. Logistics and Dispat Coordination

• Dispatches: Oversee offline dispatches and invoices.
•  Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-ups on all dispatches.

5. Payment Follow-up

• Collections: Actively follow up on pending payments to ensure timely collections.

6. Google Sheet Management

•  Data Accuracy: Maintain and organize data on Google Sheets, ensuring accuracy and easy access.

7. NDR Instructions

• Manage NDR: Implement and manage Non-Delivery Report instructions to minimize delivery failures and improve customer satisfaction.

8. Heavy Shipment Processing

• Automated Sorting: Implement automated sorting systems for efficiency.
• SOPs and Training: Develop SOPs and train staff on handling heavy shipments.
• Logistics Partnerships: Partner with specialized logistics providers.

9. Inventory Updates

• Real-time Sync: Use integrated inventory management systems for real-time updates across e-commerce platforms and websites.
• Automated Alerts: Set up alerts for low stock levels to trigger reorders.

10.  Warehouse Management

• Optimized Layout: Design efficient warehouse layouts and designated zones.
•  Inventory Control: Implement FIFO/LIFO methods and use advanced WMS.
• Standardized Packaging: Develop consistent packaging protocols and adopt sustainable practices.
