E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-Commerce Order Processing & Dispatch Management Executive to manage customer orders received through our e-commerce website and marketplace platforms. The role involves end-to-end order processing, coordinating packing and dispatch, liaising with courier partners, and tracking shipments until successful delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesOrder

Processing & Documentation

• Download and process daily orders from e-commerce websites and marketplace portals.
• Generate and print invoices, packing slips, shipping labels, and manifests from courier/e-commerce portals.
• Ensure order accuracy before handing over for packing and dispatch.

Dispatch Coordination

• Coordinate with the warehouse/packing team to arrange timely and accurate packing of orders.
• Plan and manage daily dispatch schedules.
• Coordinate courier pickups with logistics partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Shiprocket, etc.

Shipment Tracking & NDR Handling

• Track all shipments until final delivery.
• Follow up on delayed, pending, or returned shipments (RTO).
• Handle NDR (Non-Delivery Reports) by coordinating with courier partners and customers to resolve delivery issues.

Customer Communication

• Inform customers about dispatch status, tracking details, and delivery timelines.
• Address basic customer queries related to orders, dispatch, and delivery.

Record Keeping & Reporting

• Maintain daily order, dispatch, and delivery records in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Prepare regular reports on deliveries, pending shipments, NDRs, and RTOs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and dispatch management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to multitask and manage daily operations independently.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive and responsible work approach.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

• Hands-on experience with courier portals such as Delhivery, Shiprocket, Picker, etc.
• Prior experience in order processing, warehouse operations, or logistics coordination.
