Job Roles & Responsibilities – E-Commerce Executive

1. Online Store Management

Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, company website, etc.).

Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and stock availability.

2. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Monitor daily orders and ensure timely processing and dispatch.

Coordinate with logistics partners for shipping, delivery, and returns.

Handle order cancellations, exchanges, and refunds smoothly.

3. Inventory Management

Track stock levels and update inventory regularly.

Coordinate with the warehouse or suppliers to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.

4. Customer Support

Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and marketplace dashboards.

Resolve customer complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction ratings.

5. Marketplace Account Handling

Manage seller dashboards, performance metrics, and compliance policies.

Handle account health, ratings, reviews, and feedback.

6. Pricing & Promotion Management

Update product prices as per market trends and company strategy.

Create and manage offers, discounts, and promotional campaigns.

7. Digital Marketing Support

Assist in running online promotions, ads, and campaigns.

Coordinate with the marketing team for product visibility and sales growth.

8. Data Analysis & Reporting

Track sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates.

Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly sales and performance reports.

9. Content & Catalog Management

Upload and maintain high-quality product content.

Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

10. Compliance & Policy Adherence

Follow marketplace guidelines and company policies.

Ensure GST, invoicing, and documentation accuracy where applicable.

Key Skills Required

Knowledge of e-commerce platforms & seller portals

Basic understanding of digital marketing

Strong communication and coordination skills

MS Excel / Google Sheets proficiency

Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

6 months of experience in e-commerce, online sales, or Freshers who can Grasp things easily
