🧾 Key Responsibilities:

Create, update, and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms

Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images for better visibility

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking with warehouse/logistics

Process orders, returns, and cancellations on a daily basis

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally

Coordinate with courier services for delivery tracking and dispute resolution

Prepare weekly sales, stock, and performance reports

Work closely with the marketing team to plan promotions and seasonal campaigns

Track and improve product ratings, reviews, and seller metrics

Ensure platform compliance with listing and seller guidelines

✅ Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations

Knowledge of major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)

Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and product listing tools

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Experience in bicycle or automotive-related products is a plus
