Job Responsibilities:

1. Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart jaise marketplaces par product listing, cataloging aur optimization karna.

2. Product titles, descriptions, bullet points aur keywords optimize karna SEO ke hisaab se.

3. A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content banana aur update karna.

4. Daily order processing aur inventory management.

5. Pricing aur promotional campaigns (Lightning Deals, Sponsored Ads) manage karna.

6. Returns, cancellations aur customer queries ka timely response dena.

7. Sales reports aur analytics banana (Excel / Dashboard tools ke through).

8. Competition analysis aur market trends follow karna.

Key Skills Required:

1. Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub ka accha knowledge

2. Product listing, bulk upload, and cataloging

3. Keyword Research tools jaise Helium10 / JungleScout ka knowledge (preferred)

4. MS Excel – VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas

5. Problem-solving & analytical skills

6. Strong communication and coordination skills

Qualifications:

Graduate in any stream (BBA, B.Com, etc. preferred)

Minimum 1 year experience in E-commerce operations

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Meesho, Jiomart, Shopify (added advantage)
