Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute e-commerce growth strategy aligned with company objectives
- Manage D2C website and online marketplaces ( Shopify )
- Drive online sales, pricing, promotions, and performance marketing
- Ensure accurate product listing, content, images, and catalog management
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and accounts for smooth order fulfillment
- Plan demand and inventory to avoid stock-outs and overstock
- Monitor customer experience, returns, refunds, and complaint resolution
- Lead, guide, and evaluate the e-commerce and digital team
- Prepare MIS reports and present performance analysis to management
