Job Description
E-commerce Management:
- Manage and optimize product listings on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.)
- Handle cataloging, pricing, inventory coordination & order processing
- Monitor daily sales, revenue, and performance reports
- Improve product rankings and conversion rates
- Coordinate with logistics & warehouse team
Paid Advertising / Performance Marketing:
- Plan and execute paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads)
- Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and conversions
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
- Track and analyze ad performance using analytics tools
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
- Requirements:Proven experience in E-commerce & Performance Marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads Manager
- Strong knowledge of marketplace algorithms
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel & analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
