E-Commerce Manager

An e-commerce fashion and clothing strategist working on marketplaces is responsible for developing and executing strategies that maximize online sales, enhance brand visibility, and improve the customer experience across various digital platforms and marketplaces. This role involves a blend of creative vision and analytical skills, as well as cross-functional collaboration and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement growth strategies for fashion products on marketplaces such as Myntra,Amazon, Ajio and other platforms.Launch and scale sales initiatives specific to each marketplace's ecosystem, including platform-specific content, promotions, and algorithm optimization.

Manage product catalogs, inventory, pricing strategies, and promotional calendars tailored to seasonal trends and sales goals.

Oversee product photography, optimize short-form video content, and direct AI-powered marketing campaigns.Lead a digital team, defining processes for content creation, influencer partnerships, and campaign execution.Coordinate paid media campaigns, email marketing, SEO, and social media messaging in alignment with launch and growth objectives.

Analyze e-commerce metrics (traffic, conversion, sales data) to inform strategy adjustments and guide global product decision. Ensure marketplace content (copy, images, meta data) is fully optimized for search engines and customer engagement.
