Job SummaryThe E-commerce Officer is responsible for managing and growing the company’s online sales channels. This role involves maintaining product listings, coordinating online promotions, analyzing sales performance, and ensuring a smooth customer journey across e-commerce platforms.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of the e-commerce website and online marketplaces (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.)
• Upload, update, and optimize product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, SEO keywords)
• Monitor online sales performance and prepare regular reports
• Coordinate promotions, discounts, and campaigns with the marketing team
• Ensure accurate inventory levels and coordinate with logistics/warehouse teams
• Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and order-related issues professionally
• Track website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior
• Ensure website content is accurate, updated, and aligned with brand guidelines
• Monitor competitors’ pricing, promotions, and trends
• Work with designers and developers to improve user experience
