Executive Assistant To MD

Reports To: CEO / Managing Director

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-day, hands-on support to the Managing Director (MD), ensuring seamless coordination of daily activities and priorities
• Calendar & Time Management: Manage the MD’s diary, schedule meetings and appointments, and set reminders to optimize time efficiency
• Communication Management: Handle emails, screen and prioritize calls, manage correspondence, and act as a key liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
• Travel & Logistics: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation
• Administrative Support: Prepare reports, presentations, and documents, take meeting minutes, manage files and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
• Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and corporate or private events
• Personal Assistance: Run errands, manage personal appointments, and support household-related tasks as required
• Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and trust
