Fashion Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Research and analyze current fashion trends, market demand, and seasonal themes.
• Create original design concepts, sketches, and tech packs for new collections.
• Select fabrics, color palettes, trims, and accessories suitable for the brand.
• Coordinate with the sampling team to develop prototypes and ensure accurate execution.
• Review samples, provide corrections, and approve final designs before production.
• Work closely with merchandising and production teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Maintain organized records of design files, sample comments, and collection boards.
• Visit markets or vendor units when required for sourcing or trend study.
• Ensure all designs meet brand quality standards and target audience expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Female candidate preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design / Textile / Apparel Design
• 1–4 years experience in garment design (knitwear experience is a plus)
• Proficiency in:
• CorelDRAW / Illustrator / Photoshop
• Tech Pack & CAD creation
• Fabric & trend knowledge
• Strong creativity, color sense, and understanding of fits & silhouettes.
• Good communication in English, Hindi & Punjabi.
• Must be highly organized and able to meet deadlines.
