• Key Responsibilities:Design and develop women’s clothing collections in line with current fashion trends and market demand.
• Create mood boards, sketches, and technical drawings.
• Select fabrics, colors, and trims suitable for design concepts.
• Work closely with the sampling and production team to develop prototypes.
• Conduct fittings and provide clear instructions for garment modifications.
• Monitor and incorporate seasonal trends, colors, and market preferences.
• Coordinate with merchandisers, buyers, and pattern makers.
