Field Executive

Conduct field investigation for health insurance claim cases.

Visit hospitals/clinics to collect medical records and verify treatment details.

Take statements from claimants, doctors, and hospital staff.

Verify admission, treatment, billing, and discharge documents on-ground.

Collect evidence such as photos, documents, and statements.

Prepare and submit detailed investigation reports within the given TAT.

Identify possible fraud or suspicious activities related to claims.

Coordinate with the internal team for case updates and reporting.

3.Eligibility / Requirements

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

Prior experience in health insurance or field investigation (preferred but not mandatory)

Own Vehicle + Valid Driving License is mandatory

Good communication & interpersonal skills

Smartphone with internet access for reporting Ability to work independently on field

Mandatory Requirement

Candidate must have their own vehicle (Two-wheeler).

Must be comfortable traveling for field visits.
