Job Summary

Sheetal Enterprises is seeking an energetic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to promote our products/services, generate leads, and strengthen market presence. The role involves on-ground marketing activities, direct customer interaction, and coordination with the sales team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field visits to identify potential customers, dealers, distributors, and retailers

Promote company products/services through direct marketing and demonstrations

Generate new leads and follow up to convert them into sales opportunities

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners

Collect market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback

Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, roadshows, and promotional activities

Maintain daily field visit reports and submit MIS to the reporting manager

Coordinate with the sales and internal teams to ensure timely closures

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)

3+ years of experience in field marketing or sales

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned area

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and reporting tools

Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred
