Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to promote and sell garments through door-to-door sales. The role involves directly approaching customers, demonstrating products, closing sales, and building strong customer relationships to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned residential areas for door-to-door garment sales
• Promote and sell garments such as casual wear, ethnic wear, innerwear, or uniforms
• Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly to customers
• Carry and display samples professionally
• Convince customers and close sales on the spot
• Collect payments in cash / UPI / digital modes
• Maintain daily sales reports and customer feedback
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Build long-term relationships with repeat customers
• Follow company sales policies and ethical practices
• Coordinate with the sales supervisor for stock and route planning
