Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to act as a frontline growth engine for our organization. In 2025, the role of a Sales Executive is no longer a siloed function; you will be expected to leverage data-driven marketing insights and digital tools to identify prospects, nurture leads, and close high-value deals. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who understands the entire customer journey—from initial brand awareness to post-sale advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and performance KPIs.
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Identify, qualify, and manage leads from initial outreach through negotiation to final contract closure.
- Negotiation & Closing: Address objections confidently and use persuasive techniques to finalize deals that align with company margins.
2. Marketing Integration & Strategy
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales messaging with active campaigns, ensuring a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
- Lead Nurturing: Qualify MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) generated from digital campaigns and map out a down-funnel journey for each prospect.
- Content Support: Provide field feedback to marketing to help create high-impact sales enablement tools, such as case studies, product decks, and tailored proposals.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct research on competitors and market trends to identify new growth opportunities and refine the company's GTM (Go-to-Market) strategy.
3. Digital Mastery & Reporting
- CRM Excellence: Maintain meticulous records in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) to ensure pipeline transparency and accurate forecasting.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze sales metrics and conversion ratios to optimize your outreach approach and improve the "demo-to-close" ratio.
- Event Representation: Promote the brand at industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: [Insert Year, e.g., 2–4] years of proven success in B2B or B2C sales.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to simplify complex solutions for diverse audiences.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
- Mindset: Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and email automation tools.
- Analytical Ability: Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or advanced CRM analytics.

- Certifications: Professional certifications like HubSpot Inbound Sales or Google Digital Sales are highly valued.
