Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Solar Division

Company Overview:

We are growing solar energy company dedicated to promoting clean and sustainable power solutions. We design and install rooftop and commercial solar plants, helping customers reduce their electricity bills and move toward energy independence.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to join our solar division.

The role involves generating leads through daily field visits, building awareness about solar energy, and following up with potential customers.

This is a field-based role with flexible working hours and high earning potential based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits on daily basis.
• Spread solar awareness.
• Maintain proper records of visits.
• Follow up with leads
• Sales closure
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the installation team when leads mature.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th pass (Diploma/Graduate preferred)
• Must have a two-wheeler and smartphone
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable with fieldwork and customer interaction
• Freshers welcome – training will be provided
