Job Overview: As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our client base. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities in the assigned territory. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and proposing tailored digital marketing solutions to achieve their objectives.

Responsibilities:

1.    Prospecting and Lead Generation:

·       Identify and research potential clients in the designated territory.

·       Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

·       Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage digital channels for lead generation.

2.    Client Engagement:

·       Conduct client meetings to understand their business goals and challenges.

·       Present and educate clients on our digital marketing services and solutions.

·       Develop customized proposals and strategies to meet client objectives.

3.    Relationship Building:

·       Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

·       Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations.

·       Continuously nurture client relationships to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

4.    Sales Quota Achievement:

·       Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and quotas.

·       Effectively manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.

5.    Market Research:

·       Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

·       Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on client interactions.

6.    Collaboration:

·       Collaborate with the internal teams, including marketing, operations, and account management, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

·       Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in digital marketing or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • 12th Standard Certificate.
