Field Sales Executive

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving on-ground sales across salons, parlours, and wholesale markets in Panipat. This role requires strong product knowledge, persuasive selling skills, and the ability to generate repeat business.

This is a target-driven, incentive-based role with strong earning potential.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit salons, beauty parlours, and wholesalers across assigned territories in Panipat.
• Identify and onboard new salon partners and distributors
• Pitch Oroglow Professional skincare and haircare products
• Explain product USPs, ingredients, usage methods, and benefits
• Conduct product demonstrations and sampling activities
• Schedule follow-ups and convert leads into orders
• Collect and process purchase orders
• Coordinate with the company for order fulfillment and stock availability
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
• Build long-term relationships to ensure repeat orders
• Gather market feedback on competitor products and pricing
• Maintain daily visit and sales reports
