Job Description
As Sales Executive for Radiant Automotive’s Commercial Equipment Division, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building lasting relationships with clients within your designated territory. This role demands both technical understanding and a strong customer-centric approach. You will manage sales operations, lead a team of Sales Executives (if applicable), and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and achievement of business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and target potential customers including automobile workshops, service centres, dealers, fleet operators, and institutions.
Generate qualified leads through cold calls, market visits, and referrals.
Drive sales of commercial garage and diagnostic equipment (e.g., wheel aligners, lifts, tire changers, brake testers).
Demonstrate product capabilities and conduct technical presentations at customer locations.
Prepare and submit customized proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
Territory & Account Management:
Manage and grow existing customer accounts while acquiring new ones in the assigned area.
Maintain detailed knowledge of key accounts, including decision-makers, requirements, and purchase cycles.
Develop and implement territory sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor competition, pricing trends, and customer needs.
Reporting & MIS:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasts using CRM tools or internal reporting formats.
Submit weekly/monthly sales reports and market insights to the reporting manager.
