Like in this pic if u see this shows the monthly based pay fro the TLs they will get paid on the basis of valid tasks like if they perform 250 tasks a month the pay is 2500 for 350 its 4000 and so on..
Otherwise if monthly they succeed to put up valid soundpods the pay will be for 25- 1000, for 50 its 3000.. and so on
there is also a condition that- ‘For quality inentive the TL must complete at least 250 tasks and should onboard atleast 15 active sounpods’
