Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Punjabi

Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision

Graduation or equivalent qualification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage front desk operations including phone calls, emails, and walk-ins
• Maintain visitor logs and coordinate with internal departments
• Handle appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and courier handling
• Coordinate with housekeeping and security for smooth office operations
• Manage inventory of front desk supplies and place orders when needed
