Job Description:

Apex Tractor Industries is looking for a dedicated and responsible Shop Manager to oversee daily operations at our retail outlet near Jalandhar Bypass. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle billing, stock management, and customer satisfaction with integrity and professionalism.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Handle daily billing and invoicing
• Manage inventory and stock levels
• Ensure smooth day-to-day shop operations
• Maintain good customer relations and shop reputation
• Prepare and manage basic accounts and ledgers
• Ensure clean, organized, and professional shop appearance
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for restocking
• Report regularly to the business owner
• Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail/shop management (preferred)
• Strong accounting skills and billing system knowledge (manual or software)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be honest, disciplined, and responsible
• Ability to work independently and manage staff (if any)
• Basic computer knowledge is a plus
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Jalandhar Bypass area
