The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism
• Handling check-in and check-out efficiently
• Managing guest queries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude
• Building and maintaining strong guest relationships to enhance repeat business
• Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
• Maintaining records, reservations, and front office documentation
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in hotel front office or guest relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Soft-spoken, polite, and well-groomed personality
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and business relationship development
• Basic knowledge of hotel management systems is preferred
