Job Position: Garment Finishing Contractor (Also, Please note that this position is contract-based, and compensation will be given on a per-piece basis)

Experience Required :- 7 to 12 Years (Garment Industry Experience Required).

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Garment Finishing Contractor to join our team. As a Garment Contractor, your main responsibility will be to oversee and manage the production of garments for our corporate clients. You should have at least 7 to 12 years of experience in the corporate sector. (Experience working with Big Clothing Brands would be an added Advantage).

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the entire garment production process, from sourcing materials to delivering finished products.
• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure that all garments meet their specifications.
• Manage a team of skilled workers and ensure efficient production and timely delivery of garments.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality materials at competitive prices.
• Conduct quality control checks at various stages of production to maintain high standards.
• Monitor Production Timelines and implement strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to garment production.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 7 to 12 years of experience in the corporate sector as a Garment Contractor.
• Strong knowledge of garment production processes, including cutting, stitching, finishing, etc.
• Familiarity with different types of fabrics, their properties, and applicability in various garment designs.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, suppliers, and team members.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality garments within strict deadlines. (However proven track record of working with big clothing brands would be added advantage).
