Job Description
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Perform full kitting of T-shirts and garments as per order requirements.
- Ensure correct size ratio, color combination, and quantity in each kit.
- Tagging, barcoding, labeling, and price tagging of garments.
- Folding and packing garments as per company standards.
- Prepare bulk kits for dispatch and coordinate with the dispatch team.
- Conduct quality checks before final packing.
- Maintain proper stock records and report shortages or damages.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitting area.
- Meet daily production and dispatch targets.
