HR Manager

Job Role:

We are looking for an experienced HR professional who can manage end-to-end recruitment,

factory HR operations, and statutory compliance (PF & ESI). The candidate must handle both white

collar and blue collar workforce efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment of white collar and blue collar employees.

• Hiring welders, operators, helpers, fitters, production supervisors, engineers, and office staff.

• PF compliance: UAN generation, Form 11, ECR filing, challan payment.

• ESI compliance: IP registration, monthly challan filing, accident reporting.

• Maintaining employee files and statutory registers.

• Issuing employee ID cards.

• Handling worker grievances and disciplinary actions.

• Ensuring labour law compliance in factory.

Attendance & Time Office Management:

• Collect daily attendance data from supervisors and departments.

• Update biometric/manual attendance register.

• Maintain statutory Muster Roll as per labour laws.

• Prepare monthly attendance summary sheet.

• Calculate overtime as per Factory Act provisions.

• Provide attendance data for salary processing and statutory deductions.

Qualification & Skills:

• BBA / MBA in HR preferred.

• Strong knowledge of PF & ESI portal.

• Experience in manufacturing industry compulsory.

• Must have good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

• Ability to handle factory workforce confidently.
