HR Recruiter

Job description:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate tracker, recruitment MIS, and hiring reports.
• Follow up with candidates till successful onboarding.
• Maintain proper documentation and recruitment records.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for MIS reporting
• Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
• Negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Qualification:

• Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA HR preferred)

Office Timings : 09 to 5.30 pm.

Location : Ayali Kalan, Ludhiana,Punjab
