Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our growing teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across sales, marketing, operations, technology, and support functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Understand hiring requirements from department heads and close positions within defined timelines
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Draft and publish job descriptions across platforms
• Handle offer negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Assist with basic HR operations and compliance when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Familiarity with hiring for digital marketing, e-commerce, or tech roles is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ATS tools
