Responsibilities

·        Full Execution of the Recruitment Process

·        Identifying, Sourcing, Attracting& Recruiting prospective candidates using variety of channels

·        Job Postings on various channels

·        Develop a pool of qualified candidates as a backup

·        Sourcing the quality Cvs through various means (Job Portals/Linked in/References etc)

·        Conducting preliminary interviews with the candidates

·        Send the details to the candidates

·        Maintaining MIS on Daily/Weekly & Monthly Basis

·        Sending MIS to the Reporting Manager on Weekly & Monthly Basis
