Job Summary:
Responsible for leading and managing a team to drive sales of insurance products. The role involves achieving sales targets, recruiting and training agents/advisors, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Key Responsibilities
- Drive insurance sales to meet monthly/annual targets.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents/advisors.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable product solutions.
- Monitor team performance and motivate for better results.
- Ensure compliance with company and IRDAI regulations.
- Prepare sales reports and performance reviews.
